Mazbou Q - Re-Imagining ‘No Fixed Abode’ (Mitch James)

Although there’s no turntable in sight, i’m confident you’ll find this flip from UK-born, New Zealand based Nigerian Kiwi rapper/producer Mazbou Q highly appealing.

Mazbou Q says ‘This week is a G Funk spin on @mitchjamesmusic 's dope tune No Fixed Abode 🔥🔥 The theme of homelessness (ironically) in his lyrics hit home with me real hard, being a third culture kid with identity struggles, inspiring my verse at the end.’

I’m particularly interested in this Artist - not only because his approach, sound and delivery are super on-point - but also, because we both share a similar story - identity-wise, Mazbou Q is making serious waves here in New Zealand and i’m incredibly proud of how he is using his voice to not only tell his story but effect change in the process - all power to him!

As always, link him up on the socials and support where you can: https://www.facebook.com/mazbouq/
